Hey, I’m Rubi from Ireland and I’m passionate about all things food related. I started my page in October of 2020 as I wanted to share my love of food with a community of likeminded individuals. At first I was veryyy apprehensive but I think starting my food page has been one of the best choices I’ve made in my life. It’s opened up so many opportunities and without it I wouldn’t have been able to work with Jungle Fruits. I am an avid breakfast lover and I adore creating new flavour combos so as you can probably tell I’m VERY excited to incorporate (may I say the best) dried fruit into my breakfast bowls. I cannot wait to see what the future will bring in my foodie journey with Jungle Fruit!

100% dried mango! I crave it every single minute of every single day. The sweetness, the texture, everything about dried mango is amazing! One of my go to dried fruits.

Favourite quote: ‘Happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light’ Albus Dumbledore. I’m an avid Potter fan and this quote really hits different. It’s a reminder that even the smallest things can bring you joy (dried fruit = happiness).
